We at Social Bestie are committed to providing you with support and guidance to help you create captivating social media content for your brand. However, it is important to understand that Social Bestie does not guarantee specific results. We offer advice and inspiration to assist you in your social media efforts, but the success of your social media endeavours ultimately relies on your commitment, consistency, and the quality of content you produce.
 
You understand that Social Bestie’s services are not a substitute for your own efforts in managing your social media presence. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to social media and your business.
 
You agree that you are signing up to a minimum of THREE (3) calendar months of subscription with Social Bestie. This ensures both you and Social Bestie have the time to build a professional relationship and the ability to work at growing your social media skills, knowledge and community. Each subscription will roll over each week unless otherwise discussed between you and Social Bestie team. 
 
It is crucial to note that Social Bestie reserves the right to cancel your subscription on the spot and remove you from the groups if your payment is declined and we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours. We do not store your credit card details, and if your payment is declined without a response from you within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription on the spot and remove you from the groups.
 
Social Bestie is a 24/7 subscription. Support from within the Facebook group is monitored through the day and week. Be mindful that while we work hard, we are not robots. Family time and screen free time is important to the Social Bestie time, so there may be times when the team are offline. All care will be taken to reply to questions in a timely matter. 
 
You agree not to contact the Social Bestie staff via their personal social media accounts, emails or phone. The only suitable way to access support is via 
1.  Private Facebook group
2. Booking in your free 1 on 1 monthly session
3. Booking in for an extra paid 1 on 1 session
Email support will be offered on rare occasions if the above contact offerings are not suitable. This will be to the discretion of Social Bestie staff. 
 
You agree to respect the privacy of other business owners in the groups and not share their information or content without their express consent. To support members with privacy and confidence to ask for support, we endeavour to have ONE (1) business owner per 3 postcodes, per industry. Meaning, there will not be another member in your private Facebook group with a postcode THREE (3) numbers above or below your own, within the same industry. (eg. if your postcode is 4017, there will be no others from 4014, 4015, 4016, 4017, 4018, 4019 and 4020.) This is left to the discretion of Social Bestie and Kartia Designs staff. All considerations will be made to support members privacy and success. 
 
You agree not to contact other business owners in the groups through direct messages, emails, or any other means without their prior consent.
 
You agree not to sell your services or promote your business within the groups or through direct messages, unless you have received prior consent from the other business owner. Social Bestie will have designated posts to support the promotion of businesses and their offerings. Please use these posts to share your business. 
 
You agree to comply with all applicable social media platform terms of service, including those related to content, privacy, and conduct.
 
Social Bestie and its team work hard to create a unique and personalised service for its members. Please respect the dedication and hard work that goes into the research, learning and creation of these offerings. You agree not to share screenshots, recordings, or other content from the groups without the express consent of the other business owners involved. You understand that Social Bestie reserves the right to remove you from the groups and cancel your subscription if you violate these clear expectations. Social Bestie will be taking this condition serious. 
 
Social Bestie is created to teach, inspire and connect businesses who are wanting to learn about organic social media growth. While there may be discussions about paid advertising, this is not the objective of the learnings. 
 
You understand that Social Bestie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
 
You agree to notify us in writing within 30 days if any of the information you provided when signing up for Social Bestie’s services changes.
 
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia and the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland and Australian courts.
 
In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, you and Social Bestie agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations before seeking any legal remedies.

This agreement is effective from the date you sign up for Social Bestie’s services. By signing up for Social Bestie’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you must not sign up for Social Bestie’s services.
